Field Procedure
Prep Substrate
Diamond grind to CSP #2-#4 (ICRI 310.2R). Concrete must be structurally sound (≥3,500 psi), pH 9-12, and under 3 lb MVT / 80% RH — prime with a moisture barrier first if higher.
Mix Components
Pre-mix A and B separately, then combine 2A:1B by volume in a clean pail and power-mix 2-3 minutes, scraping the sides. Don't mix more than you can place in 20 minutes.
Apply
Cut in edges with a chip brush, pour a 6-8" band, gauge with an 8-12 or 15-20 mil notched squeegee at the rate for your coat, then backroll with a 3/8" nap roller wearing spike shoes. Keep a wet edge.
Cure & Topcoat
Dry 5-12 h @ 75°F; recoat 12-24 h. Light traffic 24 h, heavy 48 h, equipment 72 h, full cure 7 days. Topcoat with a polyaspartic or urethane for UV and chemical resistance.
