We ship via USPS and UPS Ground to any residential or commercial address in the contiguous United States (the lower 48). No freight forwarders, no will-call counters, no regional carve-outs.
Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 24 hours of payment (one business day). Orders placed over a weekend or holiday are processed the next business day.
As soon as your shipping label is created, a tracking number is emailed to the address on your order. Use it to follow your shipment from our dock to your door.
Typical UPS Ground and USPS transit is 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your distance from our facility. Transit time is set by the carrier and is separate from our 24-hour processing window.
Shipping is free on orders over $500. Orders under $500 ship at a flat rate calculated and shown at checkout before you pay — no surprise fees.
Inspect each kit at delivery; risk of loss passes to you on delivery, and your signature accepts the count and packaging condition. Unopened, unaltered product may be returned within 30 days (you pay return shipping). Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.
