How to install an epoxy quartz floor

Built like a flake floor, but broadcast with colored quartz aggregate for a dense, slip-resistant, industrial-grade surface.

    Prep the slabGrind or acid-etch, fill cracks with PE-85, vacuum.
  2. 02
    Mix the base (A + B)Combine Part A and Part B and mix thoroughly.
  3. 03
    Roll the baseApply an even epoxy base coat across the floor.
  4. 04
    Broadcast the quartzBroadcast quartz into the wet epoxy to refusal for full coverage.
  5. 05
    Cure & scrapeCure, then scrape and vacuum the excess quartz.
  6. 06
    Top coatSeal with polyaspartic. A second coat deepens durability.
