How to install an epoxy quartz floor
Built like a flake floor, but broadcast with colored quartz aggregate for a dense, slip-resistant, industrial-grade surface.

1 · Base CoatCrown Polymer 8355 Two-Part Epoxy Floor CoatingColored 2-part epoxy over prepped concrete.
2 · Quartz BroadcastDecorative QuartzColored quartz sand broadcast into the wet base.

3 · Top CoatPolyaspartic 2 Part Flooring System — 90% Solid Non Yellowing Non FadingPolyaspartic sealer over the scraped quartz.
- 01Prep the slabGrind or acid-etch, fill cracks with PE-85, vacuum.
- 02Mix the base (A + B)Combine Part A and Part B and mix thoroughly.
- 03Roll the baseApply an even epoxy base coat across the floor.
- 04Broadcast the quartzBroadcast quartz into the wet epoxy to refusal for full coverage.
- 05Cure & scrapeCure, then scrape and vacuum the excess quartz.
- 06Top coatSeal with polyaspartic. A second coat deepens durability.
