How to install a solid color floor
The simplest system — a colored epoxy base sealed with a clear polyaspartic topcoat (pigment the topcoat for outdoor UV areas).

1 · Base CoatCrown Polymer 8355 Two-Part Epoxy Floor CoatingColored 2-part epoxy over prepped concrete.

2 · Top CoatPolyaspartic 2 Part Flooring System — 90% Solid Non Yellowing Non FadingClear (or pigmented) polyaspartic sealer.
- 01Prep the slabGrind or acid-etch, patch cracks with PE-85, vacuum.
- 02Mix the base (A + B)Combine Part A and Part B and mix for 2–3 minutes.
- 03Roll the baseCut in edges, then roll an even colored coat. ~40 min work time.
- 04CureLet the base cure ~12–24 hrs before the topcoat.
- 05Top coatMix and apply the polyaspartic. Walk-on ~4–6 hrs, park at 48–72.
