How to install a solid color floor

The simplest system — a colored epoxy base sealed with a clear polyaspartic topcoat (pigment the topcoat for outdoor UV areas).

    Prep the slabGrind or acid-etch, patch cracks with PE-85, vacuum.
  2. 02
    Mix the base (A + B)Combine Part A and Part B and mix for 2–3 minutes.
  3. 03
    Roll the baseCut in edges, then roll an even colored coat. ~40 min work time.
  4. 04
    CureLet the base cure ~12–24 hrs before the topcoat.
  5. 05
    Top coatMix and apply the polyaspartic. Walk-on ~4–6 hrs, park at 48–72.
