Privacy Policy
The short version: we collect what we need to ship your order and answer your questions, we don’t sell it, and your card number never touches our servers.
1. What we collect
When you place an order: your name, email, phone number, and shipping address. When you submit a quote, installation, callback, or contractor form: the contact and project details you type in. When you browse: standard, aggregate analytics (page views, approximate region, device type) via our hosting provider — not tied to your identity by us.
2. Payments
Payments are processed by Square, Inc. Your card number is entered into and handled entirely by Square’s payment systems — it never touches our servers, and we never see or store it. Square’s own privacy policy governs their processing.
3. How we use your information
To fulfill and ship orders, send order confirmations and shipping updates, respond to your questions and quote requests, and operate the contractor program. We send transactional email only — placing an order does not sign you up for a marketing list.
4. Who we share it with
Only the service providers needed to run the store: Square (payments), UPS and our shipping partners (delivery), our email delivery provider (order and form notifications), and our hosting provider. Each receives only what it needs to do its job. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information — to anyone, ever.
5. Retention & your choices
We keep order records as required for accounting, tax, and warranty purposes. You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you (subject to records we’re legally required to keep) by emailing sales@epoxyresinsource.com or calling (737) 377-2519.
