Our 100% Solids Epoxy is a tough, two-part base coat that self-levels into a hard, high-build foundation for garages, basements, warehouses, and showrooms. It bonds tight to prepped concrete and shrugs off heavy traffic, dropped tools, and hot tires. Use it on its own for a durable sealed floor, or as the base coat under a flake, metallic, or polyaspartic system. Each 3 gal kit covers approximately 300 SF.

§ 02 · APPLICATION

Field Procedure

Prep Substrate

Diamond grind to CSP 3-4. Vacuum thoroughly. Moisture test — under 4 lbs MVT. If higher, prime with MVB Primer first.

Mix Components

2:1 by volume, A into B. Power mix 3 minutes at 400-600 RPM. Scrape sides. Do not whip air.

Apply

Pour ribbon. Spread with 1/8" notched squeegee. Backroll with 3/8" lint-free roller. Move within 45 minutes.

Cure & Topcoat

Walk-on at 12h. Sand and topcoat with RS Poly polyaspartic at 24–48h window for chemical bond.
